To fight boredom in quarantine, try something new like some new recipes!

Today we present you a must of Lake Garda: Baccalà alla Gardesana!




- 1 kg of stockfish

- Flour

- Grit

- 4/5 anchovies

- Salt and pepper

- 2 stalks of celery, tomato sauce

- 1 dl extra virgin olive oil from Garda

- Garlic

- 4 onions and parsley



Take the cod already wet in the water and cut it into pieces, flour it and put it on a plate sprinkling with salt, pepper and parmesan.


Aside mince the parsley, add the garlic and the anchovies.

Put a pan with oil, onions and celery on the fire, all cut into small pieces and brown.


Add garlic, parsley and anchovies, which must be dissolved.


Add the cod and brown gently, then wet it with the tomato sauce and cook.


Serve with polenta and enjoy it!
