Pearà on the road is an all-Veronese food truck that was born from the desire to transport and narrate the typical dishes of Veronese tradition, such as pearà con el codeghin, a dish that has now become an icon of Verona, risotto all'amarone, polenta and sausage, and local beer and wine.
‘The weekend of tradition’ is an event designed for all lovers of gastronomy, tourists and locals alike, who wish to immerse themselves in the authentic flavours of our territory.
