26-27 AUGUST IN SEGA DI CAVAION VERONESE
The old sagra di San Gaetano (Saint Gaetano Festival) is renewed in Sega di Cavaion, dedicated to the patron saint Gaetano Thiene.
The festival takes place in the church square and parish spaces, including the playground and garden behind the church. Every evening it offers typical cuisine, live music, dancing, and charity fishing.
A large marquee provides indoor seating in case of bad weather.
The kiosks open every evening at 7pm, concerts and dancing start at 9pm.
Monday 28 August sees the arrival of great cabaret with the Bifido Show and the music of DJ Mirko.
Another new feature of this edition is the walk along the Val del Tasso. It starts at 5 p.m. and offers a 6-kilometre itinerary through nature. A refreshment point will be set up along the route and, at the end of the walk, a risotto will be offered by the festival organising committee.
