In the picturesque setting of Porto's harbour, the 'Porto in Festa' event is back again this year over two days, Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 August, with lots of music, games, fun, and tastings of typical local dishes.
On Saturday 24 August, the day will begin with the tirlindana fishing competition, followed by games for children (sack race, pudding contest) and the opening of the markets, while the food and wine stands will open at 12 noon.
In the afternoon, many more games await the popular 'Cuccagna sul lago' at 5 p.m., while at 7 p.m. the food stands will open again, accompanied by live music, followed by DJ music.
Sunday 25 August will start with the Garda Spinning Trophy 2024, followed by the opening of the markets and food and wine satnds. While in the afternoon there will still be many games for adults and children.
In the evening, typical local dishes will still be served, followed by the drawing of the raffle with prizes.
At 11.30 p.m. great fireworks display, all accompanied by live music. Followed by music with DJ.
