FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 1:45 PM
As throughout Italy, Carnival includes a parade of masks, but the most popular one in Verona is that of the Papà del Gnoco.
The mask looks like a man with a large belly, a red and white costume and a white beard, and in one hand he holds the symbol of Friday gnocolar: a large fork stabbing a huge dumpling.
In the afternoon starting at 1:45 p.m. there will be a parade.
