The ancient dairy tradition continues today through the production of "Formaggella di Tremosine", with a soft paste, and "Garda", a semi-soft hard and semi-cooked cheese which, depending on the seasoning, can be eaten as a meal or grater.

 

With a fragrant flavor and a delicate scent of the essences of the mountain meadows, it is expertly matured in rooms with selected molds to obtain a unique product, exquisitely good and with maximum digestibility.

 

It is produced in the Tremosine Plateau, in the Alto Garda Bresciano Park.
