The 'Scriani' farm is located in the village of Fumane in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica area, and the main estate vineyards are situated on a beautiful hillside called 'Monte S.Urbano' to the east and 'La Costa' to the west.
The land, situated at an altitude ranging from 250 to 400 metres above sea level, is partly flat and partly terraced with dry-stone walls and is bordered by a picturesque torrent-like watercourse called 'Vaio'.
From the plateaus one can admire beautiful and fascinating views that open onto Valpolicella itself, but can reach as far as Verona on one side and as far as Lake Garda on the other.
From an agronomic point of view, the composition of the soils is medium-textured with strong components of grey Eocene limestone and basaltic tuffs particularly suitable for vineyards destined for very high quality production.
